Based out of the asteroid belt known as the Diaspora, the loosely affiliated space pirates known as the Free Captains are the most successful and infamous raiders operating in the Pact Worlds. Despite dedicating their lives to piracy, Free Captains nevertheless hold a set of strict rules for members to ensure their organization maintains its reputation and position as dominant pirates in the system.
